 Automatic Frame Production Machine

This machine features four MONOBLOCK stitching groups, each driven by a high-precision motor.

 Materials are transported by four 1" chains for heads and boards, plus four additional 1" chains for secondary boards, while four pneumatic feeders handle board feeding. 

Two speed-adjustable conveyors manage the entrance of the heads. Every function is managed by an advanced controller with a touch-screen panel, and up to 20 programs can be stored in memory. 

Electric motors for width and length adjustment make size changeovers quick and effortless.
